It is OptimusQ’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

If at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Site and the Services.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, OptimusQ collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. OptimusQ’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how OptimusQ’s visitors use its website and to better provide related content to its visitors. From time to time, OptimusQ may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

OptimusQ also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. OptimusQ only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to OptimusQ’s websites choose to interact with OptimusQ in ways that require OptimusQ to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that OptimusQ gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Alleged Violations

OptimusQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict access to, and/or terminate your use of the Site and/or the Services without liability or prior notice. To ensure that Company provides a high quality experience for you and for other users of the Site and the Services, you agree that OptimusQ or its representatives may access your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or allegations of abuse, infringement of third party rights, or other unauthorized uses of the Site or the Services. OptimusQ does not intend to disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law, but Company reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the Site immediately, without notice to you, and without liability to you, if OptimusQ believes that you have violated any of the Terms of Use, furnished OptimusQ with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Site or the Services by others.

Aggregated Statistics

OptimusQ may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. OptimusQ may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, OptimusQ does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

OptimusQ discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on OptimusQ’s behalf or to provide services available at OptimusQ’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Third-party content

Third-party content appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the partner to recognize your computer each time you interact with the content to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by OptimusQ and does not cover the use of cookies by any partners.
